Goal: A protocol escrow and arbitration service so good that customers want every online deal to run through it, from Uber to eBay to Airbnb to AdSense. Requesting applications bring cases and their user interfaces. DemoThemis provides the ruling and, when protocol escrow is used, releases or refunds the funds by rule.
How: Randomly drawn, verified jurors each have one vote. Wealth does not buy extra votes on a case. OmenMarketMaker supplies the first demand, data, and escrow volume.
Verified jurors, one vote each: World ID enrollment checks an Orb-verified identity. The enrolled wallet authorizes its court work. Applications choose the jury route before filing. DemoThemis draws the jurors and records the ruling.
